About the Position Our clients are looking for enthusiastic Oral Health Therapists and Dentists to join our clients' team in established, patient-focused private practices.

These opportunities are ideal for clinicians who enjoy meaningful patient interactions, professional independence and working alongside supportive dental professionals.

With existing patient bases and modern clinical facilities, you'll have the opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality care and developing trusted patient relationships.

Depending on your qualifications and scope of practice, responsibilities may include:

- Providing preventive dental examinations, scaling, polishing and routine oral health assessments.
- Performing periodontal assessments and delivering gum disease maintenance treatments.
- Providing fluoride treatments and fissure sealants.
- Delivering restorative care, including composite fillings, within your clinical scope.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention and long-term dental health.
- Treating adult and paediatric patients according to your qualifications and registered scope.
- For Dentists, undertaking general and restorative procedures such as crowns, bridges, extractions and root canal therapy where available.




- Developing personalised treatment plans and building lasting patient relationships.
- Maintaining excellent clinical standards and collaborating with experienced colleagues.

Key Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Oral Health Therapy or Dentistry.
- Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia through AHPRA.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Confidence providing treatment independently within your professional scope.
- Excellent organisational skills and commitment to clinical standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Dentists and other dental professionals.
- Genuine passion for delivering quality oral healthcare.
- Open to clinicians at all experience levels.
