About the Position Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our client's team in Bendigo.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, learning new techniques and working in a dynamic practice where no two days feel the same.

One day you might be assisting with routine restorative care, and the next supporting clinicians during dental implants, orthodontic treatments or more complex surgical procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing chairside assistance for general examinations, fillings, crowns and preventive dental treatments.
- Supporting Dentists during dental implant placement and All-on-4 procedures.
- Assisting with orthodontic appointments and endodontic treatments.
- Preparing clinical areas, instruments and dental equipment.




- Maintaining exceptional infection control and sterilisation practices.
- Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment.
- Learning to work confidently with advanced dental equipment and digital systems.
- Assisting with administrative and reception duties where required.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Key Requirements
- Previous Dental Assisting experience preferred; enthusiastic candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, adaptable personality and enthusiasm for learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solid commitment to patient care and clinical standards.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a busy dental environment.
- Availability to work 38 hours per week across a rotating roster, including some evenings and occasional Saturdays.
