About the Position Our client is looking for a reliable and approachable Dental Practice Manager to join our client's team and oversee the smooth operation of its established clinic.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys supporting people, managing daily operations and creating a positive environment for both patients and colleagues.

You'll enjoy a Monday-to-Friday roster, meaning your weekends remain free for family, friends and personal commitments.

The practice provides a diverse range of treatments, including preventive dental care, fillings, crowns, teeth whitening and other cosmetic procedures.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the daily operations of a four-chair dental clinic.
- Supporting clinical and administrative team members.
- Managing appointment schedules and maintaining efficient patient flow.
- Ensuring patients receive a welcoming and professional experience.




- Overseeing practice administration and daily operational processes.
- Working closely with Dentists to maintain smooth clinical workflows.
- Addressing staff and patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Supporting a positive, respectful and collaborative workplace culture.
- Maintaining high standards of organisation, communication and patient service.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in Practice Management, team leadership or a comparable supervisory role.
- Dental industry experience highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a supportive management style.
- Excellent time-management and organisational abilities.
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy practice.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, Dentists and support staff.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to operational challenges.
- Genuine commitment to creating a welcoming and productive workplace.
