About the Position Our clients are looking for compassionate Oral Health Therapists and Dentists to join our clients' team within patient-focused dental practices.

These opportunities suit clinicians who enjoy building trusted relationships with patients while working within supportive teams that value communication, collaboration and quality care.

You'll have the opportunity to focus on delivering excellent dental treatment while contributing to a positive and welcoming clinical environment.

Depending on your qualifications and scope of practice, responsibilities may include:

- Delivering routine oral health examinations and preventive dental treatments.
- Performing scale and cleans, periodontal assessments and gum health maintenance.
- Providing fluoride applications, fissure sealants and restorative treatments within your scope.
- Educating patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Supporting the oral health needs of children, adolescents and adults where appropriately qualified.
- For Dentists, providing general and restorative treatments, including fillings, crowns and extractions, where offered by the practice.




- Developing personalised care plans and maintaining long-term patient relationships.
- Collaborating with Dentists and clinical support staff to deliver excellent patient experiences.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and high infection control standards.

Key Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Oral Health Therapy or Dentistry.
- Current registration with AHPRA through the Dental Board of Australia.
- A caring, approachable personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused dental care.
- Confidence working independently within your qualified scope.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative clinical team.
- Open to both experienced clinicians and recent graduates.
