We are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join a fantastic, well-established real estate agency in the beautiful Shoalhaven region of NSW's South Coast, and this could be just the refreshing career move you've been waiting for!

You'll gain hands-on experience across residential property management, work alongside experienced Property Managers and develop the skills to build a long-term career in the industry. Whether you're new to real estate or already have some experience, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with the day to day management of residential properties;
- Communicating with landlords,



tenants and contractors;
- Helping coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups;
- Supporting the team with general property management tasks; and
- Helping ensure clients receive a positive and professional experience.

What We're Looking For

- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but not essential;
- A positive attitude and robust work ethic;
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Strong communication and client management skills;
- Current drivers license and reliable vehicle;
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities; and
- A current Certificate of Registration is preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
