THE ROLE
An opportunity is available for an experienced HR Generalist to join a well-established Australian food manufacturing business in Nhill, Victoria.

Working closely with managers and employees, you will provide practical HR support across the employee lifecycle, contribute to workplace culture and ensure HR practices are effective and compliant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide HR advice on employee relations, performance management and workplace matters.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and induction.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, records and systems.
- Support training, employee engagement and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards and workplace policies.

THE REQUIREMENTS
You are an approachable,



solutions-focused HR skilled with generalist HR experience and a sound understanding of Australian employment legislation. Strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to work autonomously in a hands-on operational environment are essential. Experience in manufacturing or agribusiness will be highly regarded.
