We are representing a highly regarded Not-for-Profit provider for their beautifully rebuilt Early Years service. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation recognised for its community-driven values and genuine commitment to staff wellbeing.

The service is being rebuilt from the ground up, with a brand-new facility. While operating under a long day care model, the service caters exclusively to children aged 3–5 years, creating a calm, highly educational, and child-focused environment.

We are supporting the recruitment of a Certificate III Educator to join this Early Years service located near Liverpool. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive team and contribute to shaping the culture, learning workplace, and daily practice from day one, under the guidance of a supportive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities





- Support the delivery of high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF, NQS, and the service philosophy
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assist with planning and implementing experiences based on children’s interests
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively within the team to support daily routines and practices
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements

What You’ll Need

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Experience working with children aged 3–5 (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team culture
