About the Role

We're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our supportive and collaborative team.

You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care while building meaningful relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

What You'll Do

- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care
- Complete assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
- Administer medications and monitor resident outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
- Support and mentor care team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
