We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP Fieldglass solutions for contractor management and services procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and optimize SAP Fieldglass modules, workflows, and templates.
- Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, SAP Ariba, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot system incidents and integration issues.
- Support contractor management processes, system enhancements, and data migrations.
- Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- 5–10 years of SAP Fieldglass implementation and configuration experience, particularly in Services Procurement.
- Robust knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI,



and Supply Chain integrations.
- Experience with Contingent Workforce Management and Worker Profile modules.
- Experience with large-scale contractor data migrations (10,000+ records).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Utilities, or similar heavy industries.
- PMP certification.
- Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and other third-party platforms.
