HRG is partnering with an established technology business to appoint a Senior Solutions Consultant supporting major operators across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an prospect to work at the intersection of telecommunications, network technology, data analytics and commercial strategy, engaging directly with senior network executives, CTOs, CMOs and other industry decision-makers.

The opportunity

Our client provides independent network intelligence and subscriber analytics that help operators understand network performance, coverage, customer experience and competitive positioning.

You will become a trusted adviser to major telecommunications customers, helping them interpret complex data, identify meaningful insights and turn those findings into practical technical and commercial decisions.

Combining solution consulting, technical analysis and relationship management, you'll take ownership of key customer engagements while supporting the sales team on new opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

- Independently lead customer meetings and business reviews with senior technical and executive stakeholders.
- Analyse network performance, customer experience and subscriber data to identify issues, trends and opportunities.
- Translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations around network investment, optimisation and commercial strategy.
- Support the sales team with technical presentations, solution demonstrations, proposals and proofs of concept.
- Build trusted relationships with major telecommunications operators, ensuring customers realise ongoing value from the solutions.
- Collaborate with regional technical, product and support teams to address customer requirements.





About you

You'll bring a combination of telecommunications knowledge, analytical capability and strong customer-facing skills.

Ideally, you'll have:

- 5+ years' experience in solution consulting, technical pre-sales, technical consulting or a related telecommunications role.
- A sound understanding of mobile and/or fixed broadband networks, performance metrics and customer experience.
- Experience interpreting complex datasets and translating insights into practical recommendations.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
- Confidence presenting to senior executives and technical audiences, including CTOs and network engineering teams.
- Strong relationship management, commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.

Most importantly, you're curious, commercially minded and comfortable engaging with people at all levels. You enjoy investigating complex problems, asking the right questions and turning data into meaningful insights and customer outcomes.
