Join a doctor-owned, private billing practice in Wavell Heights, on Brisbane's northside. The practice has served the local community for more than 30 years and runs from its own building. It has nearly 8,000 active patients, from young families to the elderly, and one of its GPs is no longer taking recent patients. You take on the ongoing care of established patients from your first week.
On Offer
- 70% of billings or $180 per hour plus GST for the first 3 months, whichever is higher, extendable by a further 3 months if you still need it
- Indicative earnings of about $320 an hour after the practice share, with standard consults (15 minutes) at $120 and long consults at $200
- Nearly 8,000 active patients and an established patient load from day one, and your own patients are welcome to follow you
- Room to add travel medicine, WorkCover and pre-employment medicals, skin excisions and iron infusions, all already run on site
- Nursing support every day, a three-bed treatment room with ECG and audiometry, pathology on site and Best Practice software
- Set your own days and start and finish times within Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no weekends
- Your own furnished consult room with the technology provided and allocated doctor parking

You join a boutique clinic of experienced GPs, with a practice nurse available every day and an experienced reception team carrying the admin, so your time goes on consulting. Patients range from children to the elderly, with many families and plenty of women's health. The practice wants doctors who will stay for the long term.
Requirements
- Vocational Registration (FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent) and full AHPRA registration
- An unrestricted Medicare provider number for this location, subject to eligibility
- Available 4 to 5 days a week ideally, for a long-term position
- Interest in women's health welcome
