Warehouse Coordinator - Retail and Sales

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Coordinator - Retail and Sales to join our Heidelberg West warehouse team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate outbound warehouse activities across our Retail and Sales channels, ensuring orders are accurately allocated, picked, assembled and despatched on time and in full. From setting daily priorities to coordinating freight, you’ll help keep orders moving and our stores and customers supplied.

Working closely with our Sales, Retail Operations, Customer Experience, Warehouse and Logistics teams, you’ll provide direction on the warehouse floor, maintain accurate stock and order records, and help the team manage changing priorities during busy trading periods.

Your Key Responsibilities

As the Warehouse Coordinator - Retail and Sales, you’ll support the smooth operation of our outbound warehouse and fulfilment activities by:

- Coordinating daily order allocation, picking, assembly and despatch across Retail and Sales channels
- Prioritising orders based on stock availability, campaign requirements and despatch schedules, adjusting workflows as priorities change
- Providing day-to-day direction to warehouse team members and clearly communicating tasks and operational priorities
- Managing picking documentation and monitoring picking accuracy and efficiency
- Processing orders and stock movements in NetSuite, maintaining accurate fulfilment and inventory records
- Investigating stock discrepancies and coordinating cycle counts and stocktakes
- Coordinating despatch schedules with freight providers, including Chill,



and using Load Planner to support logistics planning
- Checking transport documentation and invoices, resolving freight or scheduling issues and keeping stakeholders informed of delivery risks
- Driving Despatch On Time and In Full (DIFOT) performance and monitoring picking accuracy and order turnaround times
- Identifying the causes of operational issues and implementing improvements that reduce errors, rework and avoidable freight costs
- Supporting planning and execution for peak periods, including Easter and Christmas
- Maintaining a protected and organised warehouse, identifying hazards and ensuring safe work practices are followed

You’re a proactive warehouse professional who enjoys being on the floor, coordinating a team and keeping orders on track. You’re comfortable responding to changing priorities and take pride in getting the details right.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in warehouse, logistics, order fulfilment or inventory operations
- Confidence using warehouse or inventory management systems, with NetSuite or Load Planner experience highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy warehouse
- Experience coordinating daily workloads and providing clear direction to team members
- High attention to detail across picking, stock control and order processing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and freight providers
- A practical approach to resolving stock discrepancies, delivery issues and workflow challenges
- A customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting service and despatch targets
- A sound understanding of warehouse safety and a willingness to act on hazards
- Experience supporting retail or wholesale distribution and peak seasonal operations will be highly regarded
