We're currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join an established business in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B Account Manager with a background in travel, aviation or a related industry to manage key corporate accounts across NSW and ACT, build robust client relationships and drive commercial growth.

The Role:

- Managing a portfolio of B2B clients across NSW and ACT, including Newcastle
- Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate accounts across government, roadside assistance and travel management sectors
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Managing account performance, revenue growth and commercial targets
- Collaborating with a national B2B team of approximately 10 people across various functions
- Developing long term client partnerships and identifying opportunities to increase account value

About You

- 7+ years of Account Management experience, ideally within a B2B environment
- Experience within the travel, aviation, automotive or a related industry would be highly regarded




- Strong relationship building, negotiation and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and achieve targets
- Confident managing a diverse client portfolio and multiple stakeholders
- Self motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously

What's on Offer

- $85k to $95k base salary + super, depending on experience
- Uncapped earning potential up to approximately $130k OTE, with commission capped at 50% of base salary
- Company car provided, with onsite parking available
- Full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working, with 1 day WFH and 4 days based in an Sydney CBD
