THE ROLE
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
- Coordinate complex itineraries and group travel arrangements.
- Book flights and manage fares, ticketing and travel logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide outstanding customer service and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
- Manage competing priorities and last-minute changes in a fast-paced workplace.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 3 years' travel consulting experience, covering domestic and international bookings.
- A passion for the sporting and entertainment industries is a real desire
- Sabre, Galileo or Amadues GDS experience preferred, with a solid understanding of IATA fares and ticketing.
- Group travel experience highly regarded.
- Confident spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding organisation and time management, with the ability to work under pressure.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach and genuine desire to succeed.
