About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Storeperson / High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team in Acacia Ridge.
What we offer:
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday only
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- No weekend work
- No regular overtime required
- Salary package of $60,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and forklift qualifications
- Approximately 50% forklift operation and 50% general warehouse duties
- Immediate start available (but not essential)

Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders using paper pick slips
- Receiving and dispatching incoming stock
- Inventory control and stock management
- Completing warehouse documentation accurately
- Conducting stock takes and quality control checks
- Checking inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damages
- Reporting inventory discrepancies, damages, and variances
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Assisting with overflow incoming customer calls when required
- Liaising with management, customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient operations
· Following instructions and contributing positively to the team · Perform other reasonable warehouse, administration, and operational duties as required by management.
About You To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous warehouse and distribution experience
- Hold a current Forklift License (LF)
- Have High Reach forklift experience
- Be available Monday to Friday
- Have reliable transport and a current driver's license
- Be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Have strong numeracy skills and the ability to match product codes and paperwork accurately
- Be customer-focused, reliable, and willing to learn
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions
To Be Considered, You Must
- Hold a current Forklift License
- Have a current driver's license and reliable transport
- Provide proof of Australian working rights
- Provide a Passport or Birth Certificate for identification purposes
- Supply two recent professional references
- Have a stable employment history
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Be able to successfully pass an Australian Police Check
