Your new role

Working in a busybranch environment, you will be the first point of contact for customers,providing professional and efficient service across a range of everyday bankingand customer enquiries.

Keyresponsibilities include

- Delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting customers with account and service enquiries
- Identifying customer needs and directing them to appropriate solutions
- Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
- Supporting day-to-day branch operations
What you'll need to succeed

- Previous customer service experience is essential




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Cash handling or retail banking experience is highly regarded but not essential
