TLE Electrical is seeking a Junior Storeperson Driver to join our agile warehousing and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Guildford West, NSW 2161. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and delivering products to our customers whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in the warehousing and logistics sector, combining storeperson duties with driving responsibilities in a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

Receiving, unpacking, and storing products in the warehouse according to established systems and safety procedures

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer delivery timelines

Operating warehouse equipment, pallet jacks, safely and competently

Delivering products to customers within the Sydney Metro area

Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock checks to ensure data integrity

Organising and maintaining the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

Loading and unloading vehicles with care to prevent damage to products

Assisting with general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping tasks

Communicating effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations

Adhering to all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Current valid driver's licence (Australian state licence required)

Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations

Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (training can be provided)

High school diploma or equivalent qualification





Strong organisational and attention to detail skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks regularly

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliability and strong work ethic with punctuality

Basic numeracy skills for inventory management

Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
