Image One Kalamunda is currently interviewing for a full time qualified senior stylist hairdresser to join our team ?

We are a hair salon without the 'salon' vibe. With that in mind we have cultivated a working environment that is fun, relaxed & professional. Our team is more like a family & united we work extremely well together as a team ✨

Customer service & client satisfaction is paramount to us, therefore high attention to detail is a must, punctuality & reliable attendance, being well presented & exceptional work & customer service are the main things we look for in a candidate.

Something we feel is really important…

We don’t believe in rushing or cutting corners ? There are no unrealistic, under pressure time constraints placed in salon. We allow more than enough time needed to provide beautiful & detailed work ✨

Want to see what that looks like? Take a look at our online booking system & have a look at the time allocated to our services. We intentionally allow generous appointment times because we believe quality work, attention to detail & a relaxed experience are more key than cutting corners…

We’re looking for someone who is interested in long term employment & becoming a valued part of our team, not just looking for their next job ?

Perhaps you’re ready to really finesse your work & need a salon that allows you to take your time. You dream of creating beautiful hair, surrounded by a team who shares your passion, ideas & love for what we do. We’re always here to support you, bounce ideas off & will always be there if you need help ?

We're open Tuesday - Saturday, closed Sunday & Monday. Saturdays (9:00am - 2:30pm) & Wednesday late night trading (9:00am - 7:30pm) are a must for the role.

Skills wise you must be an overall perfectionist at your craft, confident in colour correction, perform beautiful balayage services, create stunning blondes & bright colours, expertly crafted haircuts & immaculate styling. No mens haircuts. Must be open to learning & keeping up to date with current trends ? Maybe there are certain services you haven’t had much experience with, or an area in hairdressing you’ve always wanted to become more confident in, or maybe you’ve simply worked somewhere previously where you weren’t given the opportunity to develop certain skills. That’s ok, We’re a team & we’re always happy to help each other, bounce ideas around, share knowledge & support each other when needed. What matters to us is that you care about your work, have a good eye for detail, are willing to learn & actually want to keep improving ?
