Role: Senior Service Now Platform Architect

Location: Australia

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Now Platform Architect to lead enterprise platform architecture, governance, application development, and digital workflow transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise Service Now architecture, governance standards, and platform roadmaps.
- Design and implement solutions using Service Now App Engine, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Architect Employee Center, Service Portal, Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace, and custom portals.
- Design secure enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead solution design reviews, technical workshops, and architecture decisions.
- Mentor technical teams and drive Service Now best practices and upgrade-secure development.
