Are you a senior Service Now professional who enjoys getting hands-on with complex technical challenges while also leading and mentoring others? PRA is partnering with a leading consulting organisation to find a Service Now Lead to join a high-profile government program. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale Service Now initiatives, influence solution design, and help shape the direction of the platform.
Location: Sydney or Canberra
Security Clearance: NV1 required
What you'll be doing
- Designing and delivering scalable Service Now solutions
- Working across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD modules
- Building workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Developing integrations through REST and SOAP APIs
- Driving CMDB governance and platform best practice
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers
- Working closely with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of Service Now development and platform experience
- Strong knowledge of Java Script and Glide API
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Service Now implementations
- Strong CMDB and integration experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Relevant Service Now implementation certifications
- Current NV1 clearance
