Customer Service Officer Chullora NSW
Our client within the food distribution industry is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Chullora on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role supporting customers and internal stakeholders by managing orders, resolving enquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a 3-month temporary assignment with the potential for extension.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and documentation




- Provide administrative support to the customer service team
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Assist with general office administration tasks

About You

- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Intermediate computer skills
