Your new role
- Provide efficient, high-quality customer service to customers and stakeholders.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with KPIs and performance-monitoring mechanisms.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry, local suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders to support the timely and effective delivery of services.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, de-escalation, and dispute resolution where appropriate.
- Contribute positively to team culture and actively participate in internal innovation activities.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when preparing documents and reports or updating records and information systems.
- Undertake general administrative duties as required
