Description

We're an established facilities management company looking after a portfolio of strata and commercial buildings across Sydney. We're building a panel of reliable subcontractors for ongoing and one-off work.

TRADES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Pressure cleaning: driveways, paths, facades, common areas, pool surrounds

- Tile cleaning, strip and seal: indoor and outdoor tiles

- Mechanical carpark sweeping: you'll need your own ride-on or walk-behind sweeper

- Timber floor maintenance: cleaning, buffing and recoating

- Line marking: carpark bays, arrows, pedestrian and safety lines

- Window cleaning: residential and commercial

- Height access window cleaning: rope access, EWP or boom lift

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- An ABN and your own equipment

- Current public liability insurance. Workers comp too if you have employees

- SWMS for your scope of work, plus a commitment to site WHS requirements





- Relevant tickets for height access work (for example IRATA rope access, Working at Heights, or a High Risk Work Licence for boom lifts over 11m)

- Good communication and reliable attendance, because our sites are occupied buildings with residents and tenants on site
