ZAHLI is opening its flagship high fine dining Lebanese restaurant in the heart of The Rocks, Sydney. We are looking for passionate, professional and motivated hospitality staff to join our team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Our motto is that we don't sell food, but rather an experience!

Positions Available
Front of House / Waitstaff
- Deliver warm, attentive and professional service to every guest.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
Food Runners
- Deliver food to tables efficiently and accurately.
- Support the team with clearing, resetting and maintaining the dining area.
Bar Manager
- Oversee daily bar operations and lead the bar team.
- Manage bar setup, stock control, ordering and service standards.
- Previous experience in a bar management or senior bartending role is essential.
Bartenders
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages.
- Previous bartending experience and a valid NSW RSA are required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience in a restaurant, bar or premium venue.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Availability for evening, weekend and busy service periods.
- A valid NSW RSA for roles involving alcohol service.
