Acacia Dental Surgery is seeking a full-time dentist to join our modern, consistently busy practice in Darwin, working four to five days per week. We welcome applications from experienced dentists and recent graduates who are enthusiastic about learning, developing their skills and providing excellent patient care. A professional approach, polished presentation and openness to mentoring are essential.

Our practice is fully QIP-accredited and equipped with contemporary technology, including a TRIOS 5 scanner, CBCT and OPG imaging, rotary endodontics, intraoral cameras and the Straumann implant system. We’re busy year-round, with appointment books consistently full and practice utilisation at approximately 90%. Our current associate dentist has been with the practice for six years, reflecting the supportive, stable team environment. Current associate dentists average $2,500–$3,500+ per day.

You’ll receive one-to-one clinical mentoring from our principal dentist, a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons with 28 years of private-practice experience and a clinical tutor in Charles Darwin University’s Oral Health Therapist program. He will dedicate his non-clinical days to supporting your development. Our friendly,

What we offer:

- $150,000 annual retainer or 40% of takings
