As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, from menu planning and development to food preparation and presentation. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and able to lead a team of culinary professionals to success.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Developing and designing seasonal menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Ensuring high-quality and consistent food preparation and presentation
- Managing kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with management to meet financial goals and targets

To be successful in this role, you must have:





- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen environment
- A passion for food and a creative approach to menu development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Certification or degree in culinary arts is a plus
