We are currently recruiting for multiple Site Manager positions across NSW, delivering high profile substation and battery energy storage projects with a leading EPC contractor.
This is a hands on leadership role where you will take full ownership of site delivery, working on complex HV infrastructure projects with a strong pipeline of secured work.
If you are currently operating as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or stepping up from a Senior Supervisor position, this is a genuine opportunity to work on some of the most active energy projects in the market.
The Role
- Full responsibility for day to day site delivery
- Leading crews and managing subcontractors across civil and electrical scopes
- Coordinating outages and site activities
- Driving safety, programme, and quality outcomes
- Working closely with an experienced Construction Manager and wider delivery team

- HV substation upgrades and new builds
- Battery Energy Storage Systems
- Long term secured pipeline across multiple NSW locations
Locations & Roster
- Projects across NSW
- DIDO role with flexibility required across sites
- 11 days on, 3 days off roster
- Potential move to 10 and 4 in future
