Miami Bakehouse is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Café Store Manager to lead our Falcon store, the original home of Miami Bakehouse.

Your Role – Lead, Grow & Deliver Results

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be actively involved in the store, supporting your team and leading by example.





- Drive sales and profitability by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, average transaction value and store performance.

- Lead and develop your team through coaching, training, motivation and clear performance expectations.

- Manage store operations including rostering, wage costs, stock control, wastage and productivity.

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that keep our loyal customers coming back.

- Build a positive, accountable team culture where people take pride in their work and performance.

- Maintain high operational standards across food safety, cleanliness, presentation and service.

What We're Looking For

A capable manager who enjoys the challenge of running a busy store and achieving measurable results.

- 2+ years of management or leadership experience in cafés, restaurants, retail or another fast-paced, customer-focused business.

- Robust commercial awareness with an understanding of sales, profitability, labour costs and productivity.

- Confidence in leading people, making decisions and managing day-to-day challenges.

- A proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.

- A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for customer service.
