luxe label is a hair extension design house in Cannington, Perth. we do one thing properly: wefts, k-tips and the colour work that makes them blend perfectly. around ten thousand Perth clients have sat in our chairs, and we still run like a small team because we are one. under ten of us: a director who started on the floor at 14 and still takes clients by request, a house manager, a guest experience lead and an in-house content creator whose jobs are to keep your column full and your day smooth.

2027 is a big year. we move into a brand-recent, purpose-built space in the new year, built with intention, and we launch under a new salon name. the person we hire now is part of that from day one.

the week
tuesday to friday. 36 paid hours. two late nights (tuesday and wednesday to 8pm), thursday to 6:30, friday done by 3:30. saturdays, sundays and mondays are yours. the team chose these hours together and we review them together in january.

the pay
$42 to $52 an hour depending on your step on our stylist ladder, plus 12% super, plus a monthly bonus on your service revenue, plus 10% on retail. you start at $42 while your column builds, or $45 if you arrive with an established extension column and a page that shows it. everything is paid through payroll with super on top.

the work
- full weft designs (22 to 28 inch), k-tips, pull-ups and resets
- colour that supports extensions: bright blondes, lived-in colour,



toning and keratin smoothing
- a proper consultation every time (we call it a design session)
- aftercare, rebooking at the chair, and retail that is recommended, never pushed
- building your column: your own artist page (we set it up and support it), a weekly content block on paid time, your own booking link, and a scoreboard you can see

you
- qualified hairdresser (certificate III) with three or more years behind the chair
- extension experience, ideally wefts. if you are an exceptional colourist who wants to be certified in extensions, we will train you in our methods
- you want clients who ask for you by name, and you are willing to post, show your work and talk to people to get there
- you keep your section clean, you are on time, are solution focused, have a passion for hair and helping change clients lives.
- you like structure. our policy and standards are written down and we hold each other to them kindly
