About the role

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on and technically minded individual to join our growing group of businesses as an Engineering, Maintenance & Projects Manager. This is an exciting and diverse prospect for someone with strong mechanical and technical skills who enjoys problem-solving, managing projects and playing a key role in the growth and development of multiple businesses. Working across our manufacturing and water services operations, you will be responsible for overseeing machinery maintenance, managing technical projects and supporting our ongoing expansion.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the operation, maintenance and optimisation of our new rotational moulding machine.

- Manage preventative maintenance and repairs across manufacturing machinery, plant and equipment.

- Oversee servicing, maintenance and management of our company vehicle fleet.

- Coordinate the design, development and commissioning of new rotational moulds and products.

- Project manage future factory expansions, building upgrades and infrastructure improvements.

- Liaise with suppliers, engineers and contractors to deliver machinery upgrades and capital projects.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, equipment reliability and manufacturing processes.

- Assist with technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement across the group.

About you

- A mechanical engineering qualification, trade background or extensive relevant industry experience.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.





- Experience with industrial machinery, manufacturing or equipment maintenance.

- The ability to coordinate projects, contractors and competing priorities.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved across different areas of the business.

- A current driver's licence.

- Experience in rotational moulding, plastics manufacturing, wastewater systems or industrial construction would be highly regarded but is not essential.
