AB Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Melbourne team.

As we continue to grow and strengthen our customer experience, we're looking for someone who can bring valuable orthodontic knowledge, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our business's ongoing success.

This is a permanent opportunity that offers the chance to develop specialist product knowledge and potentially progress into a role involving product education, customer training, and business development.

About the Role

You'll play an important role in supporting orthodontic professionals across Australia and New Zealand, combining your orthodontic knowledge with excellent customer service, accurate order management and proactive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels.

- Process orders, quotations and customer requests accurately and efficiently.

- Provide knowledgeable product advice and support orthodontic practices.

- Build strong customer relationships and proactively follow up on customer needs.

- Identify product opportunities and support customer retention initiatives.

- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM and order management systems.

- Assist with customer education, product training and occasional industry events.

- Collaborate with our sales, operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service.

About You





We're looking for a customer-focused professional with orthodontic industry experience and an interest in digital orthodontics and product innovation.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Experience in an orthodontic practice, clinical support or orthodontic supply business.

- Knowledge of orthodontic products, appliances and clinical workflows.

- Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.

- Strong attention to detail and confidence using digital diagnostic and treatment planning systems.

- A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Highly regarded:

- Experience with digital orthodontic workflows, technologies or product sales.

- Knowledge of intraoral scanning, digital treatment planning or clear aligner systems.

- Experience in orthodontic product education, sales or clinical support.

Orthodontic industry experience is essential. General dental experience alone is not sufficient.
