Private Blends is continuing to grow, with a new retail store opening in Maddington, Western Australia. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our teams and help deliver a premium in-store experience.

The Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor. Your focus will be creating a welcoming and engaging store environment while helping customers discover products that suit their style and preferences.
You will work closely with all your team members and Store Manager to maintain a well-presented store and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised product recommendations
• Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty
• Support the team in achieving store sales targets
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
• Process sales through the point-of-sale system accurately
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment, and inventory control
• Support day-to-day store operations and opening or closing duties
About You
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• A friendly, confident, and professional approach with customers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in premium retail and customer experience
• Reliable, well-presented, and organised
• Available to work a versatile roster including weekends
