I-MED Radiology Network are looking for a Casual Radiographer to support our clinics across Sydney's Inner West, including Newtown, Drummoyne, Five Dock, Ashfield, Campsie and North Strathfield.
This is a great opportunity for a Radiographer who enjoys variety, working with different teams and delivering high-quality patient care across a range of clinical environments.
General Radiography experience is all you need to be considered, with CT experience an added advantage.
The opportunity
As part of our Inner West network, you'll provide casual Radiography support across our clinics, working alongside experienced Radiographers, Radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
You'll primarily perform general X-ray examinations, with opportunities to utilise your CT skills depending on your experience and the requirements of each clinic.
Our clinics operate with a range of Siemens and GE CT equipment, and for suitably experienced Radiographers, there may also be opportunities to work with CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA) at our Newtown clinic.
Typical working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, with shifts offered according to operational requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Performing high-quality general Radiography examinations
- Undertaking CT examinations where appropriately trained and experienced
- Providing safe, professional and compassionate patient care
- Working collaboratively with Radiologists, Radiographers and the wider clinical team
- Maintaining high standards of image quality,
radiation safety and clinical practice
- Supporting the smooth operation of our Inner West clinics
What we're looking for
We're looking for a reliable and adaptable Radiographer who enjoys working across different clinical environments and can confidently contribute to our teams.
You'll bring:
- Relevant qualifications in Medical Imaging / Diagnostic Radiography
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current NSW EPA Radiation Licence
- Confidence in performing general Radiography examinations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work across multiple Inner West clinic locations
CT experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
