Storeperson

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson / Pick Packer with a valid Forklift Licence and experience using warehouse computer systems to join a busy warehouse team based in Keilor Park.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position with a supportive and growing business.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $34.96 per hour

About the Role:

Working within a fast-paced warehouse setting, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders while supporting warehouse administration, despatch, and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking and packing small machinery parts accurately and efficiently

- Preparing customer orders for dispatch, including delivery documentation

- Entering and updating order information using warehouse computer systems

- Processing despatch administration, including invoicing and email/phone communication

- Maintaining accurate inventory records across internal systems and spreadsheets

- Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload pallets as required (This is a small part of role, may be once a week)

- Assisting with general warehouse duties to support daily operations

About You:

- Must hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF)

- Must have previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems,



or similar warehouse computer systems

- Previous experience in a storeperson, pick packing, or warehouse role

- Counterbalance forklift operating experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

- Confident using computers, warehouse systems, and spreadsheets

- Ability to manage both physical warehouse tasks and administrative responsibilities

- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
