Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula invites applications for the Director of Learning Diversity (Position of Leadership 4). This is a 3-year-tenured leadership role alongside an ongoing teaching appointment.
Reporting to the Vice Principal – Learning and Teaching, the successful candidate will lead a team of Campus Learning Diversity Coordinators and Learning Support Officers, align with Padua’s Instructional Model and AITSL standards, and drive improved learning outcomes for all students.
