Alliance Nursing is seeking Personal Care Workers (PCAs) to support healthcare services across both public and private hospitals. If you're looking for competitive rates, adaptable work and the chance to make a difference in a unique healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Current opportunities

- Current PCA shifts at major public and private hospitals
- Location: Preominantly Melbourne's Eastern suburbs, and some surrounding areas
- AM, PM, and ND shifts available

What you'll need

- Required: 6+ months paid PCA or AIN experience in a Hospital setting
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Ageing
- Current Employee National Police Check
- Employee Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
- Current immunisation (2026 Influenza vaccine and 3 x Covid-doses)
- Up-to-date serology (Hep B, Varicella, MMR, and DTP)

- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, hygiene, and wellbeing needs
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and records




- Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare staff
