We are seeking a committed and experienced Sales Consultant with a background in blinds, awnings, curtains, outdoor blinds, zip screens and outdoor living products.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing customers with the right solutions for their homes, has excellent product knowledge and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

The Role

This role will include:

- Visiting customers in their homes to assess their needs and provide personalised solutions.
- Providing customised quotes and recommendations.
- Showing customers product samples, fabrics, colours, styles and finishes.
- Helping customers select the right products and solutions for their home.
- Providing expert advice on blinds, awnings, curtains, outdoor blinds and zip screens.
- Explaining product features, benefits and options to customers.
- Negotiating deals and confidently closing sales.
- Attending the showroom and assisting walk-in customers when required.
- Liaising with suppliers and installers to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Maintaining accurate measurements, quotes, customer information and order details.

Qualifications & Skills

The successful applicant will have:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within blinds, curtains, awnings, outdoor blinds, zip screens or a related industry.
- Strong product knowledge and an understanding of window furnishings and outdoor solutions.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to prepare professional quotes.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- A positive attitude and the ability to perform in a competitive sales environment.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Installation experience will be highly desirable but not essential
