We are looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced Cleaning Manager to join our growing team.
This is a full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has strong leadership skills and can confidently manage staff and multiple cleaning sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting cleaning staff
- Training current and existing employees
- Completing regular site inspections and quality checks
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
- Managing staff rosters and covering shifts when required
- Communicating with clients and responding to concerns
- Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensuring workplace procedures and safety requirements are followed
- Assisting with cleaning duties when required
- Travelling between client sites
- Reporting directly to management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Management or team leader experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple sites and employees
- Flexible availability, including early mornings when required
- Current driver’s licence
- Professional and positive attitude
