Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Tweed South Murwillumbah

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Murwillumbah. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What you will do

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:





- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Your availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
