At Galaxy Events, we create religious and premier events across Perth, from elegant weddings to birthdays, anniversaries and corporate functions. We're a small, close-knit team of about 10 casual staff, and we take real pride in the detail that turns a venue into an unforgettable setting.
The role
As Casual Event Staff, you'll help bring weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate functions and religious events to life. Working under the direction of our team, you'll transform each venue with beautiful decor before guests arrive, then pack it down smoothly once the celebration wraps up. Events come up weekly or fortnightly on weekdays and weekends, so it's a adaptable casual role that works around your schedule.
What you'll do
- Set up decor at event venues, following the team's direction
- Help style and arrange event spaces so everything is ready on time
- Pack down and tidy away decor after each event
What we're looking for
- Reliable,
punctual and a great team player
- Good at following instructions, with an eye for detail
- Happy to do hands-on work, including carrying and arranging decor
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends. Work is casual and comes up weekly or fortnightly depending on events.
- Able to get yourself to event venues across Perth on time. Your own car is preferred but not essential.
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- No experience needed. We'll show you how we work.
