Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning staff and key client stakeholders. Your responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

- Hiring and training
- Hands-on completion of cleaning jobs where required/relief coverage
- Hands-on completion of preventative maintenance services
- scheduling/delegating jobs
- Quality control, including proactive inspections and reporting
- Consumables and equipment auditing/ordering.
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations among the team.

Cleaning Supervisor Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Good network of cleaners and specialists
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
- Physical stamina to perform and supervise cleaning tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekend coverage depending on client site requirements.
- Reliable vehicle and driver's licence
