Agentix is a fast-growing, results-driven marketing and sales agency, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Marketing & Client Results to lead our marketing operations, manage our team and ensure our clients achieve outstanding results.

This isn't a role for someone who simply manages campaigns. We're looking for a natural leader who takes initiative, solves problems quickly and genuinely cares about client success.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to drive consistent client results.
- Lead, manage and support our marketing team.
- Manage client relationships, communication and performance expectations.
- Identify campaign performance issues and proactively implement solutions.
- Develop and improve marketing strategies to maximise client acquisition.
- Ensure client campaigns, reporting and deliverables are completed on time.
- Take ownership of marketing operations, team accountability and overall client satisfaction.
- Continuously improve internal systems, processes and performance.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a results-driven marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to manage people, delegate tasks and drive accountability.




- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently.
- Highly organised, proactive and results-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients.
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
