Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Lurnea

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Lurnea. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Rent and support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start




- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Your responsibilities
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
