We're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Boilermaker / Metal Fabricator who is keen to learn, has a great attitude and wants to become a skilled tradesperson.

Working Hours

Day Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.





Overtime opportunities may be available based on production demand and applicable apprenticeship requirements.

What you'll be learning

- MIG welding and fabrication of steel components.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Measuring, marking out, cutting and preparing steel.
- Setting up and assembling fabricated components.
- Operating workshop machinery and fabrication equipment.
- Understanding welding quality standards and safe work practices.
- Working as part of a team to manufacture quality Australian-made products.

What we're looking for

You don't need years of experience. We're more interested in your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Ideally, you'll have:

- A genuine interest in welding, metal fabrication and manufacturing.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good practical skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

School leavers, first-year apprentices and apprentices looking to transfer employers are all encouraged to apply.

Previous workshop experience or completion of a school-based engineering or metalwork program would be an advantage, but is not essential.
