About the Role:

We need skilled Construction Labourers to support our team on a major construction site in Truganina, VIC. This ongoing day-shift role offers flexibility, mostly indoor work, and the chance to be part of an exciting construction project. Hours 38 – 50 hours per week depending on workload. CFMEU EBA rates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist tradespeople with assembly, installation, and general construction work
- Assembling and erecting warehouse system components
- Site preparation – Depalletizing and waste removal
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently




- Follow strict safety protocols and ensure site compliance
- Perform general labouring duties and equipment setup

What We’re Looking For:

Must have:

- Previous experience in construction
- White card
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Solid skills in using hand and power tools
- Safety-first attitude with knowledge of WHS requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Highly desirable:

- Forklift ticket and current VOC desirable
- Silica awareness training desirable

Pay: From $56.65 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 56.0 per week
