Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Middle Swan

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Middle Swan. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Your responsibilities

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.




- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
