Your Role Includes:
- Welcoming and assisting customers at reception
- Delivering amazing customer service
- Helping guests check in and manage bookings
- Assisting with party hosting and guest experiences
- Keep safety of guest by being vigilant on the arena and games
- Supporting the team to create a fun and safe environment
