Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Spearwood
This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Spearwood, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.
The role
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Availability needed
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Support
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Pay and super
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
