Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Croydon

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Croydon. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability needed

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What the role involves
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.




- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
