As a Transformation Analyst, you’ll sit at the centre of how Kanda improves — keeping initiatives moving across process improvement, workforce, finance, technology and AI. One day you’re mapping a workflow, the next you’re modelling a benefit case, the next you’re configuring a Power Automate solution. It’s varied, it’s hands-on, and the things you deliver add up to something the whole organisation feels.

What you’ll be doing

- Translating current-state workflows into structured process maps and explicit business requirements
- Keeping the transformation initiative register current and turning progress into sharp, board-ready updates
- Building and tracking benefit cases from the ground up — modelling value and holding initiatives accountable to approved targets
- Spotting improvement opportunities across the business, shaping the proposal and seeing it through to delivery
- Driving governance and momentum — briefing materials, decision records and action registers that actually get followed up
- Acting as the coordination point between Kanda and external technology partners and vendors
- Owning end-to-end delivery of practical process improvements — SharePoint builds, Power Automate workflows and AI tooling that takes the manual work out of routine processes

You’re the right person if...





- You’ve delivered in a transformation, business analysis or solutioning role inside a complex organisation
- You’re comfortable defining target operating models, mapping migration pathways and bridging the gap between current and future state
- You turn messy business problems into structured recommendations and a clear case for change
- You’ve driven end-to-end process change — coordinating people, systems and workflows rather than landing isolated fixes
- You’re hands-on with Power Automate, fluent in AI tools and confident across the Microsoft 365 suite
- Juggling concurrent workstreams and competing stakeholder demands doesn’t faze you
- You write with clarity and precision for executive and board-level audiences
